2. Sercvice is not available & Extinction
- If cryptocurrency is deposited into a withdrawn account by mistake, it is impossible to recover.
- Paid & Free service that you are using cannot be used anymore and if there is any service left, it will be extinct automatically
3. Delete member information
- In company with membership withdrawal, a member’s personal information registered to currency exchange will be all deleted and discarded except preserved information by the law. It will not be restored.
- Use history will be preserved separately

It takes an average of 1 to 3 days for those who apply for KYC  authentication.

The submitted KYC authentication data is used only for identification purposes and will be stored in a safe storage area after encryption.

If you cannot log in because your mobile phone is lost or the OTP app has been deleted, you can recover OTP and use it if you have a separate key address. The maximum order amount based on the BTC market is less than 1,000 BTC and the minimum order amount is 0.0001 BTC.

The maker order means that you place an order at the exact price of the cryptocurrency you wish to buy or sell.
If a maker order is placed, the order will be signed only if there is someone who wants to buy or sell the cryptocurrency at the price you specified.


Taker orders are orders that are purchased or sold at the most favorable price at the time the order is received, which are used to close immediately regardless of the price of the coin.

The trade remains open interest unless the customer cancels the trade.

SIREX does not apply any limit on deposit and the limit on withdrawal depends on the level of security authentication. 


If your security authentication is level 3, you can withdraw less than or equal to 40BTC.

Deposit & Withdrawal of cryptocurrency can be delayed depending on the cryptocurrency’s blockchain network status. Please kindly be patient or if you write down TXID and cryptocurrency kind of the deposit via [1:1 Inquiry], a person in charge will check and get back to you.

If the cryptocurrency is not deposited, please send us the deposit TXID to verify the details and then we will let you know after checking it.
You can check TXID on the exchange you've transferred or in your wallet.


However, we would like to inform you that SIREX will not be responsible for any wrong deposit or withdrawal due to your negligence.

*When you register

Due to cryptocurrency characteristics, it is impossible to cancel after the withdrawal application is completed. Therefore, please double-check the address before you make the transfer. You might lose your asset if you input the wrong address. 


The process after the withdrawal application is completed will be processed in the blockchain network and it cannot be canceled in Sirex.

An cryptocurrency withdrawal is a transfer of cryptocurrency from SIREX to another exchange or personal wallet.

For protecting your assets, the restriction is imposed on your deposited cryptocurrency. There is a withdrawal restriction for 72 hours from the time of deposit for the first time and a withdrawal screening from the time of withdrawal registered for the first time.


After the first withdrawal approval is completed, the automatic withdrawal system is applied and you can freely withdraw.

However, in order to prevent financial accidents such as voice phishing and hacking, we can restrict the withdrawal of cryptocurrency in accordance with the SIREX policy.

* If the withdrawal does not work


1. If correct TXID is entered : processing time for cryptocurrency depends on network situation.
If you inquire about TXID in blockchain, you can check the reason for the delay of cryptocurrency.

2. If an incorrect cryptocurrency address is entered : In this case, SIREX might not be able to solve the problem.
Please be sure to withdraw the cryptocurrency with the correct address.
In order to verify the fact and find out the cause, we need your withdrawal information.

Guide on cancellation of cryptocurrency withdrawal


1. Withdrawn cryptocurrency with TXID created cannot be canceled.
2. If the withdrawal request is not completed, you cannot cancel it yourself. Please contact

You cannot cancel or change the deposit/withdrawal request, so please be careful with it.

If the coin you tried to withdraw is waiting to be trade, you must cancel the amount waiting to be trade to display the number of withdrawals.

The withdrawal fee on the SIREX exchange varies by coin.
In the case of BTC, the withdrawal fee is 0.005BTC.
